Payment in advance:
Prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please check what conditions apply to your preferred room. For non-refundable rates or special offers, note that payment be made upfront by wire transfer (if available) or by credit card, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged without any option for refund. VILAGOS APARTMENTS & LOFT TAORMINA reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:

Individual reservations for the period of stay up to 14 days and/or for less than two apartments may be cancelled free of charge no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 14 days before arrival date, the guests pay full price if they cancel, make changes or don't show up. 

Individual reservations for the period of stay more than 14 days and/or more than 2 apartments may be cancelled free of charge no later than 21 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 21 days before the arrival date, the guests pay full price if they cancel, make changes or don't show up. 

With a non-refundable rate guests pay the full price. 

Local tax/City tax: - EUR 3,00 per person from 12 y.o per night. This tax is not included in the room price.

Parking area: 

As we are located in pedestrian zone, it is no possibility to arrive directly by car to Corso Umberto I. 82,

Alternatively, we can organise Parking Valet service for you. 

Children rate and extra beds:

All children are welcome.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Supplements are not included in total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

0 – 2 years of age: free of charge (crib - upon request, additional cost - 20.00 euro/per stay).

from 4 years old to 12 years old can stay for EURO 50.00 per child per night.
