Payment in advance:
Prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please check what conditions apply to your preferred room. For non-refundable rates or special offers, note that payment be made upfront by wire transfer (if available) or by credit card, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged without any option for refund. VILAGOS APARTMENTS & LOFT TAORMINA reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: 

Individual reservations for the period of stay up to 14 days and/or less than two apartments may be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival date, the guests pay the full price if they cancel, make changes or don't show up.

Parking area: 

There is no parking on site. As we are located in pedestrian zone it is no possibility to arrive directly by car to Corso Umberto I, 82.

Parking options (please note that parking is subject to an additional charge): 

• Parcheggio Lumbi
• Parcheggio Porta Catania 

Alternatively, we can organise Parking Valet service for you.

Children rate and extra beds:

All children are welcome.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Supplements are not included in total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

0 –  2  years of age: free of charge (crib could be provide upon the request, no additional cost).

2 - 6 years of age: free of charge for the first child. For each additional child: EURO 30,00 per child/per night.

Quiet hours:
Guests must keep quiet between 23:00 and 08:00.
